Job Description:
Catalina Rose Construction is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of shell construction projects. The Project Supervisor will manage site activities, ensure quality control, and coordinate with teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shell construction, including foundations, concrete, and framing, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols.

• Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and materials.

• Monitor project progress and timelines, addressing any issues or delays.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain project flow.

• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shell construction or related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in construction.

• Strong understanding of concrete, framing, and general construction processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

• Bilingual (Spanish)
